On Tuesday we decided to take another hike, but this time one that was not so steep. We went to the other side of Boulder and walked on the Enchanted Mesa trail. It was only a little hilly and not at all scary. I fell asleep and slept a good part of the hike. We ate lunch under a tree in a park by the trail head where lots of kids were playing. I had a great time watching them run and talk and play. I can't wait until I run and talk and play. But for now I really enjoy being with Mommy and Daddy. Even though they are not as fun as Miss Nancy, Miss Tiesha, Miss Chris and all of my friends at school. But they try and I love them anyway.

When we got back to the hotel I was really tired but did not want to sleep. We hung out for awhile, then started on our way to Golden to go to the Coors Brewery tour. Mommy and Daddy realized that it was too late so we did the next best thing, we went to Costco to look around.

That night we went to the Kaminski's house. Who is this you ask? Jason is one of Daddy's friends from high school and he is married to Katie and their daughter, Kenna, is a few months older than me. We had planned to go out to dinner but as soon as we arrived, Mommy and Katie said in unison "are you thinking what I'm thinking? Let's stay in." So, the daddies went to get the dinner while the girls all played with Kenna's toys. She had many more toys that we brought for me at the hotel, and some I have never seen before. Boy was that fun. Kenna and I shared her milk in her very cool sippy cup that I wanted. I have a feeling that I will have one soon. She also had things called veggie sticks that I really liked too. And I shared a few Ritz crackers with her. Oh, did I mention that my only nap was 30 minutes on the hike this morning? Do you know what is coming next? That night when we got back, I nursed quickly and went straight to bed without a peep!

Yet another good day, with a nice hike and nap, a picnic under a tree, and a new friend.
