About Me

My name is Abigail Elizabeth Connor, otherwise known as "Little Miss Sunshine." I was born on July 10, 2007 at 1:42 pm. Although some might think that my adventures were about to begin at the moment of my birth, I had already had many adventures! This is my way of sharing my newest adventures and travels with my family and friends.

Abigail would prefer Twitter!

Mommy pulled this quote from a mommy site and thought it was so true.: A young preschooler wears her heart on her sleeve — and in her voice, her fists, her stamping feet, and her crocodile tears. You seldom have to guess about a 2-year-old's emotional state.”

Along this line, I must tell you that I prefer Twitter over this blog. While is it well and good that Mommy captures the weeks and days of my life, she really does not capture the essence of my activity and emotional state with such broad time periods.

An example of what Abigail would Tweet: on any given weekend day:
9:15 am: I am happy, playing with (fill in blank): colors, baby and baby stroller; cards; books; basketball
9:15:30 am: Mommy gets a phone call and begins to speak to the person on the line.
9:15:31 am: I have decided that Mommy needs to give me her full attention right now
9:15:45 am: Mommy does not give me her full attention
9:16 am: I am mad at Mommy and let her know by crying and screaming and grabbing for the phone, saying “Abigail hold it, Abigail hold it” over and over again.
9:17 am: Daddy tries to distract me by asking if I want to go play with (fill in the blank) cards, baby and baby stroller, toys
9:17 am: As Daddy is trying to talk to me, I yell “no Daddy, no Daddy!” over and over again, louder with every passing second
9:18 am. I am distracted with something and am happy. I play by myself with (fill in blank) cards, baby and baby stroller or long-lost toy I have rediscovered in my playroom
9:25 am. Mommy and Daddy come over to play with me and I yell “Abigail do it” when they try to play.
9:30 am. I decide to sit on Mommy or Daddy’s lap to read a book.
