September 2009: Back to the school story

I have had some trouble sleeping in my new classroom. There are several reasons for this, but one of the biggest issues is that in my “rotation” with Mr. Matt and Miss Emily, there are some kids who are closer to 3 and do not need to nap like me. They end up talking the entire time, which I find to be distracting. Also, I am very used to having my back patted as I fall asleep in school, and when the teachers have to spend their entire time controlling the talkers, they do not have time to pat backs. To help solve this, I started going to the other “rotation” with Miss Tiffany and Miss Betsy to sleep. This worked pretty well, especially when Miss Tiffany was there because she had a couple of tricks to keep me settled enough for me to get to sleep. MommyDaddy were not really happy with the whole situation, because they really wanted me to be in one class rotation throughout the day and would have preferred for me to be with the kids I have been with since I started. But, they thought this is how it worked, so they kept working with the directors to help me sleep. More of this story will come later.
