We slept until 8 am on Thursday, which was pretty late. Oh right, I did not fall asleep until close to 10 pm the night before, so I was a tired girl. The weather was getting much warmer, so when we went to swim, we did not shiver as much.
We stayed in the pool area on Thursday. It was such a fun, lazy day that Momma cannot remember anything big that we did.
That night, Momma and Daddy grilled out barbeque pork chops and we baked some potatoes too. Oh, right, we also had some peas. I love peas. I am a good eater, especially when I have not just had a snack. I don’t know why it’s so surprising to the adults in my life that I am not as big of an eater at meals when I have had a snack in the last hour. Hmm. Some mysteries could easily be solved with simple logic.
We did not have ice cream, but we did have brownies for dessert, then we went to the outlet malls for a little shopping. I was a very good outlet mall shopper and Nana even let me ride in the toy fire engine that moved up and down like a real fire engine (except of course it is much, much smaller than a real fire engine). I was pretty tired when we got home.
